Morlock Assignment (Downtown Excursion)

For this assignment, we had to head to downtown Toronto, starting at St. Andrew's, taking photos of attractions along the way.

Group Name: Obey DMA (Bell Woods Fellas)
Group Members: Robin McConnell, Veronika Pavlenko, Adam Serpe, Scott Alguire, Mike Matera, Matthew Barr, Keertan Dave, Martin Howitt, Jordan Racz, Fabio Azevedo, Mike Philper, Tess Jacobs, Colin Trombley

Heading over to the subway station.

Group shot on the way to the subway.

Advertisements in the subway car.
Warning signs on the platform and in the subway.
Conveniently positioned business card!

Getting off at St. Andrew.  We ready our cameras.
We grab a transfer just in case.
Head on upstairs to start snapping away.
Things start off with a beautiful view, looking good so far.

The art on Emily St. was washed off, so we took a photo of the sign as evidence of our presence.
We all grab a quick bite to eat and head on over to the Java shop.

Reaping the benefits of the bus shelter on the way there.

I accidentally deleted my shot of the specials, so I grabbed a shot of the sign instead.

We all got distracted pretty easily.
We soon hit Queen and scouted out the next few things we needed photos of.
Construction made getting around difficult, so we didn't stop here.
We did, however, stop here.

Toronto is beautifully stocked with graffiti.

We kept on, unfortunately on the wrong side of the street.
We ended up at Active Surplus, heading inside for the first time.

I ended buying a pack of AA batteries before leaving.

We headed off through Queen's again.  I marveled the pigeons like a simpleton.

No one purchased anything from the vendors, so I took a shot of the wares.
We found Black Bull, the construction inhibited us from getting proper photos, however.

Mike picked up an Eye paper on the way to our next stop.

We stopped at a comic book store and Marvel'd the vast collection.

I ended up having to leave early, so I said goodbye and headed home.

The trip eventually ended, through tedious subways and bus transfers, but I finally got home and hit the bed after a wonderful day in downtown Toronto.
